做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
