做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
