做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
