做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
