做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
