做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
