做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
