做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
