做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
