做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
