做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
