做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
