做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
