做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
