做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
