做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
