做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
