做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
