做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
