做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
