做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
