做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
