做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
