做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
