做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
