做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
