做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
