做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
