做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
