做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
