做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
