做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
