做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
