做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
