做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
