做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
