做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
